Updated Aloha and ATA Customer Information

As of March 31, 2008, Aloha Airlines announced cessation of all passenger service to Hawaii, including trans-Pacific and inter-island flights.

Happy Vacations has taken immediate action by protecting all of our valued customers. We are making immediate arrangements on your client’s behalf; they will not need to contact the airline direct. We do ask for your patience as we work through this process.

For clients in travel now, please contact our dedicated management staff directly at 800-903-7888. This line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If your client’s trip has not yet commenced, we ask you to email us at Alohahelp@happyvacations.com. Please include the reservation number and any additional information you feel we should know in order to re-accommodate your clients. You can also phone us directly at 800-877-4277.

For those passengers without waiver, we are crediting the full value of the ticket with no change fee. Clients who included our Price Protection option will be accommodated without additional cost.

Happy Vacations is simplifying the refund process. Complete cancellations will be refunded in full less waiver, or applicable cancellation fees.

Additionally, Happy Vacations is offering our Retail Travel Agents the opportunity to offer a discounted air fare and car package for their distressed passengers that were ticketed on Aloha or ATA. Please request our Fly/Drive Assistance Program
