The spectacular environment of Aotearoa provides the backdrop to all our journeys.  But with our “Food, Wine and Culture” series we mostly want you to enjoy the freshness and taste that is distinctly New Zealand.  This country recognised around the world as the home of superior quality produce and distinctive indigenous flavours.  We are proud to showcase many of these products where our best flavours and the culinary ideas from around the world are fused together to create unique and memorable kiwi dishes matched with our distinctive wines.    Small yet perfectly formed, the New Zealand wine industry is a quality driven niche player and involves over 500 wineries of which majority are small and boutique family owned vineyards.  A highlight of the tours are the occasions when we dine in the homes of ordinary New Zealanders – Maori and Pakeha with whom you can interact with the food and the cooks in a relaxed and personal space– a perfect way to discover Aotearoa~New Zealand.
